I founded and scaled a travel and tour business, starting as a solo operator and growing into a multi-vehicle, multi-market operation serving clients from Gulf countries, Russia, and Europe. I managed pricing, logistics, fleet coordination, partnerships, and customer relations under real commercial pressure.

After major setbacks—including legal limitations, financial loss, and the COVID-19 shutdown—I rebuilt the business from zero multiple times. These experiences gave me an unfiltered view of what actually breaks businesses: dependency on individuals, lack of systems, and poor process automation.
